Angelica Farms

Angelica Farms now has pork and lamb available. Angelica Farms is a small family farm in the Piney Woods of East Texas, working toward becoming self-sufficient in our food supply, with extras to "share." We have Large Black heritage pigs ready to go to the processor now. Our large Black Hogs are a rare heritage breed of pig that truly graze on pasture, supplemented with gluten-free organic feed. They produce some of the best pork you will ever eat, with a wonderful old world flavor! The pork is sold by 1/2 or whole pig, and it averages out to be about $6.00 per pound of packaged and frozen meat. We also have pasture-raised St. Croix lamb available. The cost is about the same, averaging out to be about $6.00 per pound.
