The following items cannot be picked up: root balls & stumps; building materials; anything with nails, wire, bolts, or other foreign material. We cannot chip timbers or fencing; wreaths; or holiday trees with lights, decorations, or in bags. We also cannot chip grass, leaves, or any material placed in a box or garbage can.
