We are a young upstart farm just outside of the state capital specializing in organically grown (uncertified) produce eggs and maple syrup. Our chickens spend their entire day on pasture picking and pecking on whatever suits their appetite. We have 3 years of maple syrup experience (aka sugaring) on a different property and hope to produce close to 20 gallons of syrup this year. As far as produce, we take an all natural approach using very little if any tillage at all and amending the soil with the all natural composted "fertilizer" our various farm animals produce. Some products we hope to offer later in the season include : Lamb-Early Fall; Free Range Organically Fed Chicken-Early Summer
