Farmucopia

Situated on 80 acres in the beautiful north woods of Minnesota, we live in a self-built straw bale house which is powered by solar. Our small flock of chickens, who also live in a straw bale house, are fed locally grown organic feed and they provide us and our customers with fabulous eggs. Founded in 2004, Farmucopia CSA grew certified organic fruits and vegetables for 30-40 families in the area. In 2016 we changed our focus to producing perennial fruits and vegetables. We discontinued organic certification, but continue all practices throughout. We are always happy to answer any questions about the farm, so if you have any, please feel free to contact us.
