About

Vegetables, Fruits, Microgreens, Ginger and Turmeric Our CSA enrollment is OPEN! We’re moving to a full choice model, and we’re accepting new members! Pick ups in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, and points in between! We’ve added a Half Share option for individuals, or people who want to try it out before committing to a Regular Share. All the details are in the drop down menu to the right! You can taste the difference in food grown the way we grow it. We hope you’ll join us to receive a weekly bag of the freshest, most delicious and nutritionally dense food available, grown in living soil by our family for your family. Deliveries start in April! We have 17 years of experience growing vegetables using organic practices (and beyond!) on our farm in Chatham County NC. We believe in the power of community! We grow seasonal vegetables year around using regenerative practices on our farm 6 miles north of Pittsboro, NC. Vegetables grown in living soil are theonlyway to get the most nutritionally dense food possible. You can taste the difference because itisdifferent from conventionally grown (using synthetic chemicals), or hydroponically grown (even if it contains the word “organic”) produce. We sell our produce year around at the Thursday Pittsboro Farmers Market at The Plant on Lorax Lane, (moving to downtown Pittsboro across from City Tap on February 19, 2026), the Tuesday Fearrington Farmer’s Market and to local restaurants. We have a CSA with pick ups in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro and between! Information about the 2026 CSA can be found in the drop down menu. Enrollment is now open! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@gsfpbo) for the latest news from the farm. We believe all people should have access to delicious, nutritious, and ethically grown food. “…these delicious vegetables last for weeks in the refrigerator because they’re so fresh and robust!” “Many years ago I was talking to Meredith about how amazingly delicious her food is and she told me it was all about the soil and how she nourishes it. Ask Meredith about the soil sometime. Oh and these vegetables last for weeks in the refrigerator because they’re so fresh and robust!”–CM “We have been members of Granite Springs Farm CSA for several years now and truly value what they do…” “Their commitment to growing pesticide- and chemical-free vegetables shows in both the taste and quality of their produce. Every delivery is consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully grown – whether it’s salad greens, tomatoes, radishes, eggplants, or peppers. It’s a pleasure to support a farm that so clearly cares about both the land and its community”–KK “What a delightful way to eat fresh locally grown produce throughout the year.“ “I’m always excited to see what gorgeous fresh veggies I find in my share, begging to be eaten this week. Recipes and ideas are given for free. GSF gets my five star plus rating!!”–LB “Food grown by friends tastes even more delicious!“ “Food grown by friends tastes even more delicious!”–KG
