We grow 5 acres of non GMO alfalfa. We have a huge greenhouse for starting/growing seedlings. We have thirty five 300 year old oak trees with abundance of red, burr, and pin oak acorns; 8 mature black walnut trees producing nuts also. We raise honeybees. We harvest burdock root, lambs quarters, stinging nettles, wild and naturally grown herbs.
