Hope Farms

Hope Farms is a 6-acre non-profit 501 (c)3 Community Farm & Garden serving Fort Collins and surrounding areas. We sell organically grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, firewood, lumber, and other farm products. We offer a Work Share for those in the community who want to work for their food. Our mission is to serve our community by offering education and food security for all ages and incomes. We also offer an internship program for students who want to learn more about hands-on farming.
