Matt's Country Market

I have a small acreage outside of Jackson MN. I raise vegetables to sell at a stand on my place and at farmers market. The vegetables raised are strawberries, radishes, asparagus, onions, carrots, beets, kohlrabi, green beans, yellow beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, eggplant, okra, watermelon, canteloupe, potatoes, swiss chard, cabbage, red cabbage,brussel sprouts, horseradish, acorn squash, and butternut squash. I raise broilers whicha are butchered by a FDA approved locker to sell. I also have chickens I raise for egg production. I do have eggs to sell year around. I do have a CSA program. The full share is $175 delivered and a half share is $100. The produce is delivered each week from the beginning of the asparagus/strawberry season all the way to the pumpkin harvest. I raise pumpkins, decorative gourds, Indian corn, mini Indian corn, and popcorn to sell in the fall. I have the pumpkins and these other items to sell at my stand in a small pumpkin patch fashion.
