Our cattle are closed herd, meaning that we don?t bring in outside cattle. They are all born and raised here. They are all fed with our own hay, grain, silage, and grass.
Our Story
Meier-Bachus Farms is a fifth-generation family farm in Indiana. Tom Bachus spent his childhood and much of his adult life learning tried and true traditional farming practices from his Uncles Bob and George, and now teaches these methods to his own children, keeping the legacy of the farm and their ancestors alive.
