A Midwesterner, Georgi Pleasant was born in Kansas City, Missouri where her family has grown corn and soybeans for generations. Our paths were brought together at Abilene Christian University where we finished school and then married soon thereafter. Pleasant Harvest is a family owned and operated u-pick strawberry farm located in Clyde, Texas. We take pride in providing our customers with the freshest and sweetest strawberries. Come visit us this SPRING to experience the joy of picking your own strawberries straight from the field! Our mission in starting a u-pick strawberry farm was to continue a passion for farming that has been in our family for generations. We wanted tocreatefresh fruit for the local community while also supporting the organizations we feel passionate about. We strive to create a place for families and friends to learn how their food is grown by participating directly in the harvest of fresh fruit. Strawberries are part of a small group of produce still harvested by hand across the world.
