~ Produce | Meats | Jams | Jellies | Honey & Eggs ~ Alocal familyof four created a dream and decided to chase it in full force. After purchasing our first farm, we decided to make our farm work for us. Small but mighty, our vision began to unfold. Longhorn cattle were our first purchase to graze our poor, sandy soil. Sand burrs (stickers) have been our nemeses. Once we learned it would take more to make this farm work, the first chance we took was to createagathering place for familiesto build memories. We love our farm and want to share it with others. Our vision continues to grow. Finding high-quality whole foods from producers you trust is a little tricky. We’re giving healthy eaters back the confidence & convenience they deserve with the highest quality,100% Oklahoma raisedand grown beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and produce. Sharing our pasture-raised meats from our small family farm, you can trust us. You need to know your farmer who knows their food. Allow us to bring the farm to you! We believe in contributing to the health and well-being of our land, food, and customers. Our goal is to create an integrated farming system that respects, collaborates, and shares resources amongst producers to yield an efficient andsustainable agricultural enterprise. We strive to become a leader in feeding our customers the best produce and meat they can consume. Our management practices put you first when growing our crops or raising our animals. We thrive in promotingethical and responsiblefarming practices. Fall is in the air! Our favorite time of year. What better way to unite families than playing outdoors in the cool, crisp air? Picking pumpkins with family is an amazing experience. Losing one another in a corn maze is just a bonus. A bountiful produce market full of pumpkins and gourds, jams and jellies, and other goodies. The concession is open on the weekends during fall and serves cold drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, candy bars, chips, and an assortment of candy. You can also purchase our rainbow dozen farm-fresh eggs and USDA-approved beef, lamb, pork, and chicken (in season) from our concession. Our beef is locally raised with our other business, Wofford Cattle. In our opinion, locally-raised beef, lamb, pork, and chicken taste amazing. New in 2024 will give you insight into how our vision has shifted. We are excited about these new additions to our agritourism venue. Be sure to keep in touch with our website and Facebook page as these new things unfold. Here is a list of activities we hold for you and your family to enjoy: Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze, Life-Size Games, Petting Zoo, Photo Ops, Ducky Derby, Horse Shoes, Pumpkin Bowling, Corn Hole, Dino Dig, Roping, Tin Horn Slides, Tin Horn Rolling, Slides, Purchase Pumpkins, and Gourds. We have several animals that love for you to pet and feed. Every season we try to add a new animal. Please stop by and see what we have added to our pumpkin patch for 2024. We will be debuting our milk cow Glitter who is being a surragant to another baby along with feeding her own baby. We also have two goats. One is Goose who will be an addition to our youngest’s milk goat herd. Everyone loves eating food from your cup or your hand. Do not feed the pigs by hand. We have two little gilts in the petting farm who love to get back scratches. We have life sized games which were hand made. We have Checkers, Tic Tac Toe, Connect Four, and Corn Hole. We also have several other interactive games such as pumpkin bowling, horse shoes, knock a bucket, and ring toss. Not to leave out the cow milking, horse shoes, swing set, large spider swing, slides, knock-a-bucket, and sand play area. Our maze is a challenge. Be sure to bring a good pair of walking shoes. Farmer Chad and I also got lost a time or two. Let’s see how long it takes you to maneuver out of the maze. We are a family-owned business and want you to have the best experience possible.
A local family of four created a dream and decided to chase it in full force. After purchasing our first farm, we decided to make our farm work for us. Small but mighty, our vision began to unfold. Longhorn cattle were our first purchase to graze our poor sandy soil. Sand burrs (stickers) have been our nemeses. Once we learned it would take more to make this farm work, the first chance we took was to create a gathering place for families to build memories. We loved our farm and want to share it with others. The pumpkin patch began with hand-planted homegrown pumpkins and life-size games for everyone to enjoy. After our first year, we continued to evolve and add something every year. Now approaching our seventh season, we increasingly appreciate it every year. Watching families enjoy their children and our farm is an amazing feeling. Cell phones/Tablets go down, and parents play with their children. We are so blessed to witness this blessing year after year. Raising commercial cattle, American Guinea Hogs, Dorper Hair Sheep, and Cornish Cross Chickens have been a new adventure we are utilizing here on our farm. Our AGH hogs will be on a rotational grazing paddock. At the same time, our commercial cattle, dairy cattle, and hair sheep roam the 160 acres here in the sandhills, allowing us to expand our farm in other ways to provide pasture-raised meats to the public. Hoop houses in Southwest Oklahoma have been another challenge on the rolling plains. Our high winds have blown the tops out of our houses numerous times. We might have secured them for the time being with expertise from people in the south. Gardening has always been a therapeutic time for us. Growing in the hoop houses was a learning curve with healthy vegetables we could share with the public. Our little farm of four causes us to be all hands on deck all year. Our children are growing and will be heading to college. But for now, it is just us running the farm, growing in the hoop houses, working cattle, putting in crops, raising our nurse cow operation, and chasing our kids while they chase their dreams. We will continue to evolve with many ideas coming, but time is not always on our side. We are a small family burning their midnight oil, literally. Trying to work in beehives will halt when a ewe (lamb) goes into labor, with issues causing us to be by her side for the next few hours. Due to it being her first baby, we have to pull it while hoping and praying that she takes her new baby. Our children will share many stories of our life experiences and late nights on a school night. Teaching the next day is a struggle from time to time. But the experiences my children gain from day-to-day life give me the peace of mind they, too, will cherish this farm. We know where we began this journey; this is something that we will never forget. Thank you to you and your families for using our farm to nourish your families or to unplug and build your own fall memories!
