2026 Domestic Pricing (Lamb/Hogs/Beef): Slaughter Fees: Hogs: 60 / Beef: 75 Curing (Bacon and Ham): $1.92/lb A standard process includes a custom cut, skinning, suet (beef or pork if desired), paper wrap, and freeze. We offer other services including cooler storage, professional cape outs, european mounts, and more. We can do bulk sausage, salami, and jerky at an additional cost.
