The Friends of Sullivan Farm is a nonprofit 501c-3 that supports the concept of Sullivan Farm and its educational goals of providing modern day agricultural experiences for local youth. Our mission is to provide immersive farm-based learning that reconnects students to New England’s agricultural roots while fostering an appreciation for nutritious, locally grown food. By working the land, exploring food systems, and building community, we empower students to make healthy choices and become responsible stewards of their environment. Sullivan Farm is home to professional learning programs and resources for both school children and adults Sullivan Farm, through its programs, strives to provide a place to expand youth awareness of their relationship with the environment. We provide opportunities for school children to reconnect with New England’s rich agricultural heritage and learn about the benefits of healthy, fresh, and locally grown produce. Working students over the last 20 years including the operation of the farm’s vegetable gardens, property, and building maintenance, working interactions between individual.
