Photography by Swallowtail Farm & Megan Hannon Photography We're a small family farm in the heart of the Mitten working to grow, preserve and share good food with our community. Our produce and flowers are available through a weekly pre-ordering 'club'; to join subscribe to the e-mail above. Our syrups are available a select stores in the region.

Our Story

Megan Hannon Photography Hi we’re Anne and David -- plant geeks who have the pleasure of managing Swallowtail Farm along with help from our awesome employee, Julie, and a bit of help from our teenage sons. It brings us joy to know that we’re growing veggies, fruit and flowers in a sustainable way for folks in our community to enjoy. David and I met on an urban forestry committee we both served on and had our first date debating management of invasive tree species in a brewery. All these years later, we still love talking about and working with things green. We enjoy continuing to learn and try new things here on the farm.
