The flesh of this bird was more deeply colored than I’d seen in other heritage birds- deep pink- which translated into great flavor. Easy curbside pickup, thank you! We were amazed at the varieties of vegetables that were in the large box. Everything was packaged beautifully; vegetables were fresh and the meats were still frozen. Can't wait to try everything! The raspberries I got today are huge! Some looked like little strawberries and they taste very red, perfectly sweet and tart. I have had my fair share of pasture raised eggs… but these are the best I’ve ever tasted. Doesn’t hurt that the colors and sizes are beautiful and the packaging is so convenient for storage.
