About Tiller & Rye

Join us for an informative talk on CBD Oil presented by Patricia Conant of Community Herbals & Oils. Learn the facts about CBD and how it may be beneficial in your life.  Pat will explain the endo cannabinoid system along with foods and herbs that support it. The class is free but donations for the cost of handouts are appreciated. Pat is a Community Herbalist and Ayurvedic Digestive Consultant. Since 1992 Pat has studied herbs, nutrition and supportive therapies. She has mentored under Deb Soule of Avena Botanicals (Rockport, Maine), and has studied with international Herbalists Matthew Wood and Candis Cantin, as well as Anne McIntyre of England. In 2017, Pat completed the Master of Ayurvedic Digestion from the Joyful Belly Institute in Asheville, NC. She now provides in-office, in-home public and private therapeutic consulting as well as wellness education through interview, workshops, herbal weed talks, in-kitchen hands-on, group gatherings and public talks. During her private consultations, Pat discusses your health and will make suggestions regarding lifestyle and diet changes; then, working with a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as traditional and Aryuvedic herbalism, essential oils, and applied reflexology, Pat will help you attain the vibrant and long-lasting health you were born to experience.
