VerHage Fruit Farms

We provide quality fruits and vegetables beginning in May with fresh asparagus; then continuing through the summer with strawberries, cherries and peaches. In the Fall beginning in September; the first weekend after Labor Day we start our Apple Season. In our Mill you can watch our fresh unpasteurized cider being made on our 125 year old press. In our donut room you will find fresh hot cake donuts being made daily. In our Bakery we have our homemade pies, pumpkin rolls, quiche, fresh breads and baked goods. You can actually see us making our own fresh Fudge and Caramel Apples. In our Country Store you will find unique gifts, jams, jellies, classic canned vegetables and gourmet goods. We also have Amish goods for sale including butter's, spreads and cheeses. During the week we offer a Tour for $5 per person by appointment only. On WEEKENDS ONLY we offer a variety of activities for the whole family. We are home to the longest ZIP LINE in South West Michigan. We have hayrides, a corn maze, train rides, an air pumpkin jump, pony rides, gold mining for kids, face painting, a kids play area and apple picking. We have a Snack Shop on the weekends selling concession foods including a 1/2 pound hot dog called the Wagon Wrecker. For Special Events we have an Apple Festival the first Saturday in October celebrating our farm's birthday. This event includes free live music and we present local arts, crafts and artisan vendors.
