Blueberry Ridge Farm is a family-run farm that started growing organic blueberries in Sherwood, Oregon in 1983. Founders Lynn and Gary, inspired by their Montana upbringing and a desire for healthy living, planted 3,500 blueberry plants. They are committed to organic practices, avoiding chemical sprays, and maintain complete quality control from growing to processing, including baking pies and making candies from scratch. They expanded their business from selling fresh blueberries to local grocery stores to developing a processing facility for dried blueberries, canned blueberries, and gift boxes, and later gourmet pies and chocolate-covered blueberries.
