Our guiding principle is to work in concert with nature and thereby improve the land while providing high quality produce and meat. Rotational grazing, compost production, perennial crops, and limited tillage increase soil health and build up soil carbon. We believe carbon can be removed from the atmosphere and stored in the earth through the magic of photosynthesis, and at the same time enhance the viability of farmers and the overall stability of our community's food supply.
