About Jensen Mini Farm
Our family ran farm raises beef, pork, chicken, lamb, turkey, and goat in a regenerative pasture-based system with a corn and soy free philosophy. We focus on sustainable principles and a chemical and vaccine free approach to raising the cleanest meat for our family and yours. We offer farm tours where you can see our practices in work from our heritage breeds of hogs reclaiming pastures to our classic sized cattle and sheep herds building soil health.
Our Story
Jeff and Lory, raised on a farm and ranch, started Jensen Mini Farm in 2018 in Tualatin, Oregon, driven by a desire for better quality meat than what was available in stores. They began with cattle and pigs, expanding to chickens for meat and eggs the following spring. Their journey led them to source local, no-spray, non-GMO, soy and corn-free feed, embracing regenerative agriculture practices for healthier livestock and nutrient-dense products. In 2024, they added sheep to eliminate chemical weed control in their pastures.
