Rattlesnake Hill Farm was established in 1995 as a sustainable organic farm with an emphasis on gourmet, varietal garlic, heirloom vegetables, and culinary herbs. Although no longer certified as organic, they maintain the same standards that certified organic guidelines require. Their goal is to provide the consumer with the highest quality and value while preserving their small part of the planet through sustainable agriculture.
